On March 26th the Team day for the employees of IDiAL (Institute for the Digital Transformation of Application and Living Domains) took place at the conference center Westfalenhalle in Dortmund. The program of the day included the Intercultural Training organized and moderated by Jasmin Hemmer and Sandra Bolesch, as well as team building activities in the Escape room. 

The core of the day was three-hour training on the understanding the intercultural influence on the communication process between people. The audience deep-dived into the Critical Incident about the student communication with different cultural backgrounds and recognized a number of pitfalls that can be avoided. The team learned about the theory of the cultural iceberg and got the recommendations on how to avoid mistakes based on the cultural differences.
