The ProDiT project continues playing an important role in the field of digital transformation, bringing together innovative approaches and methodologies. The Digital Transformation Maturity Model (DTMM) workshop at IEEE IDAACS 2023 was a successful event, led by the ProDiT team on 7-8 of September 2023.
The workshop was divided into 2 days: during the first day, participants were introduced to DTMM guideline, and a case study from a ProDiT partner – ruhrvalley Cluster eV. Participants built international and cross-border teams to apply the DTMM guide to a case study. The first day ended with fruitful discussions on DTMM pro’s and con’s, which allow the ProDiT team further improve the guide and the model itself. On the 2nd day of the workshop participants pitched the results of the DTMM guide application to the international jury board presented by Carsten Wolff (FH Dortmund), Sebastian Dehling (ruhrvalley Cluster eV), Andreas Franke (mpool consulting GmbH) and Robert Bierwolf (CeTIM/IEEE TEMS).
This hands-on experience provided valuable insights into the real-world application of digital transformation strategies, ending up with participants receiving IEEE certificates.
