The 9th International Workshop on Computer Modeling and Intelligent Systems (CMIS 2026) took place on 5 May 2026 at the Department of Software Tools of the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic” (NUZP). The workshop was organised within the activities of the scientific school on intelligent information technologies and supported by the DAAD project “Project and Innovation Management for Ukraine” (UA4PIM).
CMIS 2026 provided an international platform for presenting and discussing recent research in artificial intelligence, computer modelling, and infocommunication technologies, with a particular focus on data analysis and its applications.
The workshop brought together researchers from 18 countries, including Belgium, Vietnam, Israel, India, Spain, Canada, China, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, the United States, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine.
A total of 79 papers were submitted to CMIS 2026. Following the peer-review process, 24 papers were selected for publication in the workshop proceedings. The proceedings are indexed in Scopus, DBLP, and Google Scholar.
The international participation and strong interest in CMIS 2026 once again highlighted the importance of academic exchange and cooperation in advancing research in intelligent systems and emerging digital technologies.
