Bertha J. Ngereja, exchange doctoral student at Institute for the Digital Transformation of Application and Living Domains (IDiAL), successfully defended her dissertation on “Exploring the Role of Soft Factors in Enhancing Digitalization Project Success: A Multi-layer Perspective Emphasizing the Influence of Individual, Team, and Organizational Learning” at the Norwegian University of Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim on 18 April 2024. The dissertation was supervised by Bassam Hussein (NTNU) and Carsten Wolff (IDiAL).
