The 30th International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) World Conference 2025 took place in Wellington, New Zealand from 10th till 13th of November 2025. It was hosted by Open Polytechnic and Massey University of New Zealand.
The delegates from IDiAL (Institute for the Digital Transformation of Application and Living Domains) of Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts took part in the Conference.
Prof. Carsten Wolff and Nargiza Mikhridinova presented a paper “Digital Nomadism as a Didactic Pattern in Higher Education” written by Carsten Wolff, Nargiza Mikhridinova, Iuliia Mende, Jennifer Voßgerau, Ekaterina Hermann, Thorsten Ruben, Carolina Cruz-Villazon, Maider Iturrondobeitia Ellacuria, Peter Arras, Bassam Hussein, Elena Vitkauskaite and Rūta Čiutienė.

The research was conducted in the context of the Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnership in Higher Education “Virtual Projects for European Digital Natives (NomadTrail)”.
