Erasmus+ NomadTrail Consotrium Meeting in Bruges

On 26 May 2025, members of the Erasmus+ NomadTrail project (2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000153927) consortium met at the Bruges Campus of KU Leuven in Belgium to review recent progress and plan upcoming activities. Participants included representatives from KU Leuven, Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (FH Dortmund, Germany), University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU, Spain), Kaunas University of Technology (KTU, Lithuania), and Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU, Norway).

The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between universities and developing new opportunities for students to take part in international, project-based learning. Partners also discussed how digital tools can be used to improve teaching and teamwork across borders.

Several joint activities are planned for the coming months, such as Summer schools, Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), and Training weeks. These initiatives aim to give students practical experience while working in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.

The Bruges meeting showed that the NomadTrail partners are strongly committed to working together. By combining their efforts, they aim to create better learning experiences that are open, innovative and ready for the challenges of today’s world.
