Erasmus+ CompIIT Autumn School in Armenia

The second  Summer School on International Project Management took place in Yerevan and Goris from 22nd to 25th of October 2025.

Prof. Carsten Wolff from Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (FH Dortmund) and Dr. ing. Peter Arras from KU Leuven, provided trainings and workshops to students and staff of European University of Armenia (EAU) and Goris State University (GSU).

On the agenda were the following activities:

  • Workshops with students on SWOT-analysis, and on Agile project management.
  • Train-the-trainer sessions on transversal skills and the implementation of international innovation projects as a learning method took place.

Further on the sharing of experiences on collaboration with industry in interactive sessions with companies lead to the signing of several collaboration  agreements between the partner universities and the companies.

During the summer school in EUA, the virtual room lab provided within the Erasmus+ CompIIT project was officially opened. At Goris State University (GSU), the digital room lab created as part of the same project has now also been inaugurated. The new lab will provide GSU students with enhanced opportunities for digital learning, collaboration, and practical skill development within an innovative virtual environment.

As part of the Erasmus+ CompIIT project activities, the partners also held a Consortium meeting to discuss the tasks and priorities for the upcoming project period.

During the meeting, the partners once again confirmed their intention to submit a request for an extension of the project.
