A joint doctoral workshop was held on 27 and 28 March at IDiAL – Institute for the Digital Transformation of Application and Living Domains at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (FH Dortmund) in cooperation with the Alma Mater Europaea Project Management PhD programme. Directors of this programme are Prof. Dr. Mladen Radujkovic, co-founder of the Croattion Association for Project Management and Honorary Fellow of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), and Assistant-Prof. Dr. Reinhard Wagner, former president of IPMA and of Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement (GPM). The event was hosted by Prof. Dr. Jan Christoph Albrecht (Faculty of Business Studies) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Carsten Wolff (IDiAL).

More than twenty PhD candidates participated both online and onsite, presenting their research and engaging in constructive exchanges on methodologies, theoretical approaches, and emerging findings. The workshop provided a valuable platform for academic dialogue and collaborative learning.
The event was joined by several EuroMPM alumni and current PhD researchers, including Anwesha Mukherjee, Corinna Köbler, Florian Rüttger, as well as Mark Peter Hoffmann (Faculty of Electrical Engineering).
The discussions throughout the workshop were highly insightful and the PhD students also received support with respect to research design and academic writing through interactive workshop sequences.
